IMPORTANT

This Policy is designed for AllInDubai's concierge and booking model. It distinguishes AllInDubai's arranging, booking, payment-administration and customer-support role from the physical performance of regulated or specialist Services by independent providers. It does not attempt to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This Third-Party Service Provider & Liability Policy explains the role of AllInDubai and the role of independent businesses that physically provide many Services booked or arranged through AllInDubai.

1. AllInDubai's Role

AllInDubai is a concierge, booking and service-arrangement platform operated by All In Concierge Services FZE LLC. Depending on the Booking, AllInDubai may source options, present information, receive a Booking request, collect the customer-facing price, coordinate with a provider, issue Booking communications, administer amendments or refunds, and provide customer support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Service, AllInDubai does not itself physically operate, drive, sail, fly, medically treat, supervise, host, manufacture, maintain or otherwise perform the underlying third-party Service.

2. Independent Service Providers

The actual fulfilment of many Services is carried out by independent third-party businesses ("Service Providers"). These may include vehicle-rental companies, chauffeur operators, yacht and marine operators, hotels and accommodation providers, restaurants, beach clubs, event venues, attraction operators, tour providers, childcare providers, healthcare providers, wellness providers, photographers, aviation providers and other specialist businesses.

A Service Provider may have its own licences, permits, professional obligations, insurance, operating procedures, eligibility requirements, safety rules, deposits and service-specific terms. The provider remains responsible for the lawful and professional operation of activities that it controls, subject to the contract structure and applicable law.

3. No Representation That AllInDubai Operates Regulated Services

A listing, quotation, Booking Confirmation, payment receipt, AllInDubai branding, customer-support interaction or collection of payment by AllInDubai does not by itself mean that AllInDubai is the licensed operator of the underlying regulated activity.

Where an activity requires a specialist licence, permit, professional registration or regulatory approval, the Service should be fulfilled by the appropriately authorized provider. AllInDubai's Website and communications should not describe AllInDubai as the operator of a regulated Service unless that statement is legally and factually correct.

4. Provider Selection and Due Diligence

AllInDubai may seek to work with reputable providers and may request business, licence, insurance, service, pricing or operational information where appropriate. However, no vetting process can guarantee that a provider will never make an error, suffer an operational failure or change its circumstances.

Any statement that a provider is 'selected', 'partnered', 'premium', 'verified' or similar must be used only where AllInDubai has a reasonable factual basis for that description and must not be presented as a guarantee of perfect performance or safety.

5. Provider Terms and Operational Rules

A Booking may be subject to Service-Specific Terms communicated before payment or confirmation. These may address age, identification, dress code, arrival time, deposits, licences, weather, capacity, passenger rules, venue rules, prohibited conduct, insurance excesses, damage, smoking, pets, food, medical suitability or other operational requirements.

The Customer must comply with lawful and properly disclosed provider rules. If a provider rule conflicts with a mandatory customer right or applicable law, the mandatory law prevails.

6. Changes Made by Providers

Providers may sometimes make operational changes for safety, weather, availability, maintenance, government requirements or other legitimate reasons. This may include changes to vehicle or vessel allocation, pickup point, table or seating location, room allocation, route, schedule or operational sequence.

Where a change is material, AllInDubai will administer the matter in accordance with the Booking terms and applicable law. A minor operational variation that does not materially reduce the agreed Service does not automatically entitle the Customer to a full refund.

7. Provider Cancellation or Non-Performance

If a provider cancels, refuses, materially fails to perform or cannot confirm a Service, AllInDubai will administer the refund, rescheduling or other remedy required by the applicable Booking terms and mandatory law.

AllInDubai does not guarantee that an equivalent replacement provider, vehicle, yacht, room, table, ticket, professional or experience will be available. Unless AllInDubai expressly agrees otherwise, it is not obliged to purchase or provide a replacement Service at its own cost.

Where the affected Service is refunded, consequential expenses independently incurred by the Customer are subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Customer Conduct and Provider Refusal

A provider may refuse or stop service where reasonably necessary because of unlawful conduct, intoxication, violence, harassment, safety risk, lack of required identification or licence, failure to provide an agreed deposit, breach of venue rules, excessive lateness or another material customer-caused issue.

Where non-performance results from the Customer's breach or failure to meet properly disclosed requirements, refund entitlement may be limited by the applicable Service-Specific Terms and law.

9. Vehicles, Chauffeurs and Road Transport

Vehicle rental and chauffeur Services are performed by the relevant licensed or authorized provider. The provider controls vehicle condition, delivery, insurance arrangements, driver eligibility, security deposits, fuel, mileage, Salik/tolls, fines, damage assessment and other operational matters unless the Booking expressly states otherwise.

Vehicle make/model, colour or specification should not be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed. Where a provider must substitute a vehicle, the remedy depends on whether the substitution is materially different from the confirmed Booking and on applicable terms and law.

Customers remain responsible for lawful driving, valid licensing, traffic offences and damage attributable to their use where applicable.

10. Yachts, Marine and Water Activities

Yacht charters, boats, water sports and marine activities are controlled by the relevant licensed operators, captains and safety personnel. They may alter or stop an activity due to weather, sea state, port or coastguard requirements, safety concerns, mechanical issues or other operational conditions.

Customers must follow captain, crew and safety instructions. Route, anchorage and access may be changed where reasonably necessary for safety or regulatory compliance.

Any alcohol, catering, entertainment or special-event arrangements remain subject to applicable law, provider rules and permits.

11. Hotels, Apartments and Accommodation

Accommodation is physically provided and managed by the relevant hotel, property operator or other authorized provider. Check-in, security deposit, identification, guest rules, tourism charges, room allocation, housekeeping and property-specific rules may be controlled by that provider.

Photographs and descriptions are intended to represent the accommodation reasonably but minor variations in furnishings, views, layout or amenities may occur unless a particular feature was expressly guaranteed as material to the Booking.

12. Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightlife and Events

Venues control admission, seating, dress codes, age requirements, table allocation, minimum spend, event programming, operating hours and security decisions. A reservation does not override lawful venue policies.

Where a particular table, performer, event feature, view or seating location is essential, it should be expressly confirmed in writing rather than inferred from promotional photographs.

13. Activities, Attractions and Tours

Activity and attraction operators control schedules, capacity, safety procedures, eligibility, height/weight/age limits, route, equipment and weather-related decisions. Customers must disclose relevant eligibility information when requested.

Participation in inherently active or recreational Services may involve ordinary risks that cannot be eliminated completely. This does not exclude a provider's or AllInDubai's liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Childcare and Babysitting

Childcare or babysitting Services are performed by the relevant independent provider or caregiver organization. AllInDubai may facilitate the Booking but does not replace the provider's responsibility for its personnel, screening, qualifications, supervision practices and lawful operation.

Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency, allergy, medication, routine and contact information reasonably required for safe care. AllInDubai should not make absolute safety guarantees or represent that it personally employs or supervises a caregiver unless factually correct.

15. Medical, Healthcare and Wellness

Medical and healthcare Services must be delivered by appropriately licensed healthcare providers and professionals. AllInDubai is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency medical advice or control clinical decisions.

Medical information, diagnosis, treatment, medication and professional advice are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider. In a medical emergency, customers should use the appropriate UAE emergency services rather than rely on AllInDubai concierge messaging.

Wellness or beauty Services that are regulated must likewise be performed by appropriately authorized providers.

16. Private Aviation and Specialist Transport

Private aviation, aircraft charter and specialist transport are subject to operator availability, aviation rules, passenger documentation, airport/slot restrictions, weather, security and regulatory requirements. AllInDubai does not represent itself as an aircraft operator unless expressly and lawfully stated.

Aircraft, schedule or routing changes may occur for operational or regulatory reasons. Any material change will be addressed under the Booking terms and mandatory law.

17. Professional, Business and Real-Estate Introductions

Where AllInDubai introduces customers to business-setup, banking, visa, immigration, legal, accounting, real-estate or other professional providers, the relevant specialist is responsible for regulated advice and the professional service it provides.

AllInDubai does not guarantee government approvals, visas, bank accounts, financing, investment returns, property appreciation, legal outcomes or regulatory decisions unless a specific guarantee is lawfully and expressly made by the responsible provider.

18. Provider Images, Branding and Content

Provider names, trademarks, photographs, videos, menus, descriptions and other materials may be used only where AllInDubai has permission, a valid licence, a contractual right, or another lawful basis to use them.

A provider's inclusion on the Website does not imply ownership by, employment by, or corporate affiliation with AllInDubai beyond the actual commercial relationship.

AllInDubai may edit or format provider materials for Website presentation provided that the resulting content is not materially misleading.

19. Website Descriptions and Availability

AllInDubai seeks to keep descriptions, prices and availability reasonably current, but provider inventory and operational details may change. Customer-facing information should not be described as live or guaranteed unless the underlying system or provider confirmation supports that claim.

Material information known before Booking Confirmation should be communicated to the Customer. Minor formatting, photographic or descriptive differences that do not materially affect the Service do not automatically constitute non-performance.

20. Complaints About a Provider

Customers should report provider-related complaints to AllInDubai promptly and provide reasonable supporting information such as Booking ID, photographs, messages, receipts or incident details.

AllInDubai may communicate with the provider, request evidence and facilitate resolution. This assistance does not mean AllInDubai admits responsibility for the provider's conduct.

Nothing prevents a Customer from exercising non-excludable rights or contacting a competent regulator or authority where appropriate.

21. Allocation of Responsibility

AllInDubai remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on AllInDubai and for its own acts and omissions to the extent required by law. A provider remains responsible for obligations applicable to the provider and for the aspects of physical fulfilment that it controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllInDubai is not responsible for independent provider acts, omissions, negligence, professional judgment, equipment failure, employee conduct, venue decisions or operational events that AllInDubai did not cause or control, except where AllInDubai has assumed responsibility by contract or applicable law imposes responsibility on AllInDubai.

22. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of AllInDubai's contractual liability is subject to the Terms & Conditions and mandatory UAE law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability relating to an affected Booking may be limited to the amount paid to AllInDubai for the affected Service, and indirect, incidental or consequential losses may be excluded where lawful.

No limitation applies to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

23. No Waiver of Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, reduce or exclude rights or remedies that a Customer is entitled to under mandatory UAE consumer-protection, digital-commerce or other applicable law. If a clause is unenforceable to a particular extent, it should be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary while the remainder continues to apply.

24. Relationship with Other AllInDubai Terms

This Policy forms part of the AllInDubai legal framework and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Booking & Payment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable Service-Specific Terms.

Where a Service-Specific Term validly governs an operational issue, that term applies to that issue subject to mandatory law.

INTERNAL - DEVELOPER IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

NOT FOR PUBLICATION ON THE CUSTOMER-FACING POLICY PAGE

A. Provider Identity and Service Ownership

• Each service/product record in the CMS must have an internal provider ID and provider legal/business name. Staff must be able to identify who physically fulfils each Booking.

• Do not label AllInDubai as 'operator', 'rental company', 'medical provider', 'yacht operator', 'aircraft operator', 'hotel operator' or similar unless legally and factually correct for that exact Service.

• Customer-facing pages should use wording such as 'arranged by AllInDubai', 'book through AllInDubai', or 'provided/operated by our independent service partner' where appropriate.

• Where the provider name is intentionally not shown publicly, it must still be stored internally and linked to the Booking.

B. Provider Compliance Fields

• Create provider-admin fields for licence/registration information, expiry date, relevant permits, insurance evidence where appropriate, primary contact, escalation contact and agreement status.

• Add reminders for expiring provider documents. Do not automatically represent a provider as verified if required verification has expired or was never completed.

• For regulated categories, configure a compliance checklist appropriate to the category before the provider/service is activated.

C. Category-Specific Disclosures

• Allow each category/service page to display provider-specific requirements: age, ID, driving licence, deposits, dress code, arrival time, insurance excess, weather rules, medical/fitness requirements, guest limits and other material restrictions.

• Do not bury material eligibility requirements only inside generic Terms. Show them on the service page/checkout where they can affect whether the customer can use the Service.

• Store the exact version of service-specific disclosures accepted with the Booking.

D. Supplier Confirmation and Substitution

• Maintain the booking statuses defined in the Booking & Payment Policy, including Paid - Awaiting Supplier Confirmation and Confirmed.

• If a provider substitutes a material item (vehicle, yacht, room, service tier, etc.), record the original and replacement details and obtain customer acceptance where the change is material.

• Do not silently replace a materially different Service and leave the original confirmation unchanged.

E. Images, Logos and Supplier Content

• For every provider asset, store the source/owner and permission basis where practical: supplier-provided, AllInDubai-owned shoot, licensed stock, or other authorized source.

• Do not publish supplier logos, professional photographs or copied Website content unless AllInDubai has permission or another lawful basis.

• If a partnership ends or a provider revokes content rights under the agreement, staff must be able to identify and remove affected assets promptly.

• Do not generate or edit images in a way that materially misrepresents the actual vehicle, venue, yacht, room, attraction or included service.

F. Complaint and Incident Workflow

• Create a provider-incident record linked to Booking ID with category, severity, provider, customer report, evidence, timestamps, staff actions and resolution.

• High-risk incidents involving injury, child safety, medical care, alleged crime, serious property damage or regulatory issues must be escalated to management immediately rather than handled as an ordinary refund ticket.

• Preserve relevant provider/customer communications and evidence when a complaint, chargeback or legal dispute is active.

G. Provider Cancellation Workflow

• When a provider cancels, record who cancelled, when, reason, affected service and any provider refund/credit.

• Customer interface/support workflow must not promise an alternative supplier automatically. Staff may offer alternatives voluntarily, but the system should also support refund of the affected Service where required.

• Do not mark provider cancellation as 'customer cancelled' because this damages audit accuracy and chargeback evidence.

H. High-Risk Categories

• For medical/healthcare pages, prominently state that treatment is provided by the licensed healthcare provider and avoid wording suggesting AllInDubai gives medical advice.

• For childcare pages, identify the independent provider model and do not make absolute claims such as '100% safe' or 'guaranteed'.

• For yacht/water/activity pages, surface safety, weather and operator-instruction notices.

• For vehicle pages, surface licence, age, deposit, insurance/excess, mileage/fuel and fines/tolls requirements where applicable.

• For aviation pages, state that the licensed operator controls aircraft operation, regulatory compliance and operational changes.

I. Provider Data and API Design

• Keep internal supplier net rates, commissions, contract documents, provider contacts and compliance records out of public APIs and page source unless intentionally required.

• Customer-facing APIs should expose only data needed for the booking experience.

• Apply role-based access so ordinary content editors cannot access sensitive supplier contracts, customer IDs or dispute evidence unless needed.

J. Marketing Claims

• Create an approval rule for claims such as 'verified', 'licensed', 'best', 'official partner', 'exclusive', 'guaranteed', 'fully insured' or 'certified'. Such claims should not go live without a factual basis.

• Do not imply that AllInDubai owns supplier fleets, yachts, hotels, clinics or venues merely because AllInDubai creates branded content for them.

• Promotional pages and social-media landing pages must remain consistent with the legal role described in this Policy.

K. Supplier Agreement Mapping

• Every active provider should be linked internally to an executed agreement or approved commercial arrangement where required by operations.

• Store key commercial/operational fields separately from the contract where useful: commission/net rate, settlement timing, cancellation terms, content permissions, complaint contact and data-sharing permissions.

• Changes to supplier terms must be versioned. New terms must not be applied retroactively to customer Bookings already accepted unless lawfully agreed.

L. Launch and Ongoing Audit

• Before launch, audit every service category and identify who is the actual provider/operator and what customer disclosures are required.

• Quarterly or at another reasonable operational cadence, review active provider records, expired documents, broken contacts, outdated prices/terms and content permissions.

• Remove or suspend a service if AllInDubai no longer has a reliable basis to offer it.

• Have UAE-qualified counsel review the final provider model, supplier contracts and wording for regulated categories against AllInDubai's actual licence activity.

M. Legal Framework Considered

This master draft was prepared with reference to the UAE consumer-protection and digital-commerce framework available in September 2026, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means. It is intended to allocate roles accurately, not to contract out of mandatory obligations imposed on AllInDubai or a Service Provider by applicable law.
