IMPORTANT
This Policy is drafted for AllInDubai's model in which the customer may pay AllInDubai directly and AllInDubai subsequently settles with the relevant independent Service Provider. It must be read with the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Final payment-processor, VAT/TRN, supplier-confirmation and deposit workflows must be verified before publication.
This Booking & Payment Policy explains how booking requests, quotations, availability, payments, confirmations, deposits, amendments and payment disputes are handled when a customer purchases or arranges a Service through AllInDubai.
1. Booking Channels
Bookings may be requested or arranged through AllInDubai.net, an authorized AllInDubai payment link, WhatsApp, telephone, email or another channel expressly authorized by AllInDubai. Customers should not send payment or sensitive information to personal accounts, unofficial links or persons who cannot reasonably be verified as acting for AllInDubai.
A conversation, quotation, cart selection or payment request does not by itself guarantee that a Service is available or confirmed unless AllInDubai expressly identifies the Service as instantly confirmed.
2. Booking Request vs. Confirmed Booking
Many premium Services depend on live supplier availability. For a Service requiring supplier confirmation, a Booking becomes confirmed only when AllInDubai issues a written Booking Confirmation after the relevant availability and payment requirements have been satisfied.
Payment may be collected before final supplier confirmation where the booking flow clearly states that the Service remains subject to final supplier confirmation. In that situation, successful payment means that AllInDubai has received or authorized payment for the request; it does not by itself constitute final acceptance by the Service Provider.
If the requested Service cannot be confirmed after payment has been collected, AllInDubai will refund the amount collected for that unconfirmed Service to the original payment method, subject to payment-network processing times and applicable law. AllInDubai is not required to source a replacement Service unless it expressly agrees to do so.
3. Quotations and Availability
A quotation reflects the price and information available when issued and may be subject to a stated validity period, supplier availability and Service-Specific Terms. Until Booking Confirmation, availability may change and a provider may withdraw inventory.
Where no quotation-validity period is stated, AllInDubai may withdraw or revise the quotation before Booking Confirmation if provider rates, availability, taxes, government charges or a manifest pricing error changes. A higher corrected amount will not be charged without customer authorization.
4. Prices and Currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customer-facing prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices are intended to include VAT where VAT is legally applicable to the transaction. This wording must be reviewed against AllInDubai's actual UAE VAT registration status before publication.
Charges that are not included in the advertised price—such as refundable security deposits, damage deposits, insurance excesses, Salik/tolls, traffic or parking fines, tourism fees, venue minimum spends, incidental charges, overtime, optional upgrades or customer-requested add-ons—will be identified separately where applicable.
A customer's bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange rates, international transaction fees or other issuer charges. Such charges are imposed by the financial institution and are not controlled by AllInDubai.
5. Payment Methods
AllInDubai may accept credit/debit card payments, authorized payment links and other payment methods expressly offered by AllInDubai. Available methods may vary by Service, value, customer location and payment provider.
The customer authorizes AllInDubai and its authorized payment service providers to process the amount displayed or otherwise expressly confirmed for the Booking. The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
AllInDubai may require additional verification for high-value, unusual, mismatched, international or otherwise higher-risk transactions before confirming a Booking.
6. Payment Processing and Settlement
A payment is treated as successfully processed only when the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction. A pending authorization, screenshot, bank message or customer-side debit indication does not necessarily prove final settlement.
AllInDubai may collect the customer-facing price and subsequently settle amounts with the relevant Service Provider under AllInDubai's commercial arrangement with that provider. The provider's commission, net rate or commercial settlement with AllInDubai does not ordinarily alter the price accepted by the Customer.
AllInDubai is not required to disclose confidential supplier net rates, commissions or internal commercial margins unless disclosure is required by applicable law.
7. Payment Before Supplier Confirmation
Where AllInDubai collects payment before supplier confirmation, the booking page, payment link or accompanying message should clearly state that the request is 'Subject to final supplier confirmation' or equivalent wording.
If the provider confirms, AllInDubai will issue the Booking Confirmation. If the provider rejects availability, AllInDubai will process the applicable refund to the original payment method without requiring the Customer to accept an alternative Service.
The time for a processed refund to appear in the Customer's account depends on the bank, card scheme and payment processor and may be outside AllInDubai's direct control.
8. Booking Confirmation
The Booking Confirmation may include the Booking reference, Service, date/time, location, customer/guest information, amount paid or payable, provider or fulfilment information where applicable, cancellation conditions and special requirements.
The Customer must review the Booking Confirmation promptly and notify AllInDubai of any material discrepancy. A request to change a correctly confirmed Booking remains subject to availability, the Service-Specific Terms and any applicable fees.
9. Deposits, Security Deposits and Pre-Authorizations
Certain Services may require a booking deposit, refundable security deposit, damage deposit, card pre-authorization or other security. The nature, amount, recipient and applicable release/refund conditions should be disclosed before payment or before the Customer becomes bound to the relevant requirement.
A security deposit may be collected directly by a Service Provider even where the Service price was paid to AllInDubai. Where a provider controls the security deposit, that provider's disclosed deposit conditions apply, subject to applicable law.
Deductions for validly assessed damage, fines, tolls, excesses, missing items or other agreed charges may be made from a security deposit where permitted by the Booking terms and law. AllInDubai does not guarantee a provider's bank/card release time.
10. Partial Payments and Balances
Where AllInDubai permits a deposit or partial payment toward a Booking, the amount and deadline for the remaining balance will be stated in the quotation, payment request or Booking Confirmation.
Failure to pay a required balance by the stated deadline may result in release or cancellation of the Booking where the applicable terms allow. Any amount already paid will be treated according to the disclosed cancellation terms and mandatory law.
A partial payment does not create a right to use a Service before all required pre-service payment conditions have been satisfied.
11. Pricing Errors
AllInDubai takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate pricing. If a price is clearly and materially incorrect because of a typographical, system, integration, data-feed or human error, AllInDubai may correct the error before final Booking Confirmation.
If payment has already been collected, the Customer will be informed and may be offered the corrected price for express acceptance or the affected Booking may be cancelled and refunded. AllInDubai will not unilaterally charge a higher corrected amount without authorization.
12. Changes Requested by the Customer
Changes to date, time, vehicle, yacht, room, venue, participant count, pickup point, duration or other booking details are subject to provider availability and the applicable Service-Specific Terms.
A requested change may result in a price difference, amendment fee or loss of an existing rate. AllInDubai will seek customer approval before charging an additional amount, except for charges already validly authorized under the Booking terms.
A change request is not effective until AllInDubai confirms the amendment in writing.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the AllInDubai Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Service-Specific Terms disclosed for the Booking and applicable UAE law.
Different Services may have different cancellation deadlines and non-refundable periods. The specific terms applicable to the Customer's Booking should be displayed or sent before payment and stored as part of the booking record.
14. No-Shows and Customer-Caused Failure
If a Customer does not attend, arrives after an applicable grace period, lacks required identification/licence, fails to provide a required deposit, or cannot receive the Service because of a matter within the Customer's control, the Booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable under the disclosed Service-Specific Terms.
The fact that the Customer did not use all or part of a confirmed Service does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
15. Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification
AllInDubai may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures and may request identity, cardholder, billing or transaction verification before confirming or continuing a Booking.
Where there is a reasonable fraud, unauthorized-payment, sanctions, security or identity concern, AllInDubai may withhold confirmation, suspend fulfilment or cancel the affected transaction to the extent permitted by law.
Customers must not use stolen payment instruments, falsified documents, manipulated payment screenshots or another person's identity without authorization.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a Customer believes a payment is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized or inconsistent with the Booking, the Customer should contact AllInDubai promptly so the issue can be investigated.
A chargeback or bank dispute does not by itself cancel a valid Booking or erase a payment obligation for a Service properly supplied. Where a dispute is materially false or abusive, AllInDubai may submit Booking Confirmations, accepted terms, communication records, supplier confirmations, attendance/fulfilment evidence and other relevant records to the payment provider or competent authority and may seek recovery of validly outstanding amounts and reasonable costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this Policy restricts a Customer's lawful right to challenge a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect transaction.
17. Refund Method
Unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise, approved card/electronic refunds will ordinarily be processed back to the original payment method. AllInDubai may require additional verification where refund instructions create a fraud or money-laundering concern.
AllInDubai is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, issuer fees or currency movements between the original payment and the date a refund is credited, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Invoices, Receipts and Records
AllInDubai will provide or make available an electronic invoice, receipt or booking record containing information required by applicable law. The Customer should retain the Booking Confirmation and payment receipt.
AllInDubai may retain transaction records, payment references, accepted policy versions, communications, supplier confirmations and fulfilment evidence for lawful accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute and evidentiary purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
19. Provider Cancellation or Failure to Confirm
If a Service Provider cancels a confirmed Service or cannot perform it, AllInDubai will administer the refund or other remedy required by the applicable Booking terms and mandatory law. AllInDubai does not guarantee that a replacement supplier or equivalent inventory will be available and is not required to provide a substitute unless it expressly agrees.
Any claim for consequential or independent expenses is subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
20. Force Majeure
Bookings may be affected by severe weather, unsafe sea or road conditions, government orders, security incidents, public-health restrictions, strikes, infrastructure failures, venue closures, airspace restrictions or other events outside reasonable control. The applicable rescheduling, credit or refund outcome will follow the Service-Specific Terms and mandatory law.
21. Communication and Evidence
The Customer agrees that Booking Confirmations, payment notices, amendments and Service-Specific Terms may be communicated electronically through the Website, email, WhatsApp or another authorized channel.
Electronic records, timestamps, acceptance logs and communications may be used as evidence of the transaction and the terms disclosed, subject to applicable law.
22. Relationship with Other Policies
This Policy forms part of the AllInDubai customer booking framework and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Where a Service-Specific Term validly addresses a particular operational or cancellation issue, that term applies to that issue subject to mandatory law.

INTERNAL - DEVELOPER IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOT FOR PUBLICATION ON THE CUSTOMER-FACING BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY PAGE
A. Booking State Machine
• Do not treat every successful payment as a confirmed booking. Implement distinct statuses at minimum: Inquiry/Quote, Awaiting Payment, Paid - Awaiting Supplier Confirmation, Confirmed, Amendment Pending, Cancelled, Refund Pending, Refunded, Failed/Declined, Disputed/Chargeback.
• For supplier-confirmation inventory, show 'Subject to final supplier confirmation' before payment and keep that status visible until the provider confirms.
• Only send the final 'Booking Confirmed' message after the confirmation event is recorded. Avoid wording such as 'Your booking is confirmed' on the payment-success page if supplier confirmation is still pending.
• If supplier confirmation fails after payment, create a refund workflow and preserve the audit trail.
B. Checkout Disclosure
• Before the final payment action, display the Service name, date/time, quantity/party size, total customer price, currency, included items, separately payable deposits/fees where known, and the specific cancellation terms.
• Place unticked acceptance checkbox(es) before payment. At minimum link the Terms & Conditions and the applicable Cancellation & Refund / Service-Specific Terms.
• Do not hide cancellation terms only in the footer. Surface the actual booking-specific cancellation deadline/non-refundable rule close to the payment action.
• If a security deposit is paid directly to the supplier, clearly state this and identify the amount/conditions where known.
• If the service is subject to supplier confirmation, repeat that notice immediately beside the payment button.
C. Evidence to Store
• For every booking store: Booking ID, customer identifier, service/provider identifier, quoted price, final price, currency, timestamp, payment reference/status, booking status, supplier-confirmation timestamp and confirmation source.
• Store the exact Terms version, Cancellation Policy version and Service-Specific Terms/cancellation text shown to the customer at the moment of acceptance.
• Store checkbox acceptance timestamp and, where proportionate, relevant technical audit data used to evidence acceptance.
• Do not rely on a live webpage that can later change as the only proof of what the customer accepted. Preserve a versioned snapshot or immutable text/hash/reference.
D. Payment Security
• Use the approved payment provider's secure hosted/tokenized flow. Do not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC in the Website database, CRM, logs, email or WhatsApp.
• Verify payment webhooks/signatures or equivalent provider callbacks before marking a transaction Paid.
• Do not mark a booking Paid merely because the browser returns to a success URL; verify server-side payment status.
• Restrict refund permissions to authorized staff and log who initiated/approved each refund.
E. Payment Links
• Generate payment links from an authorized AllInDubai/payment-provider account, not personal accounts.
• Payment-link messages must identify the booking/service, amount/currency and, where applicable, supplier-confirmation status, and must provide access to the relevant Terms/cancellation conditions before payment.
• Where technically possible, link the payment transaction to the internal Booking ID so payment evidence and booking evidence cannot become separated.
• Expired or already-paid links should not remain reusable.
F. Pricing and VAT
• Before launch, confirm AllInDubai's actual UAE VAT registration status and TRN with the accountant. Do not display 'VAT included' or issue VAT tax invoices as though registered unless legally correct.
• If VAT applies, configure invoices and displayed prices consistently with the accountant's instructions and applicable UAE requirements.
• Keep optional supplier deposits, Salik, fines, tourism fees, excesses and other non-included charges distinct from the AllInDubai customer price where relevant.
• Never silently increase a paid amount. Any customer-requested upgrade or corrected higher price must require authorization.
G. Refund Workflow
• Refunds should be linked to the original Booking ID and original payment transaction.
• Store refund amount, reason, initiation date, processor reference, staff user and final processor status.
• If a supplier cannot confirm after payment, staff should have a clear action to initiate the refund without creating a fake 'customer cancellation'.
• Do not promise that funds will appear in the customer's bank account on a fixed date unless the payment provider contract supports that promise.
H. Chargeback Defence Package
• Create a one-click/exportable dispute package containing, where available: booking details, customer acceptance log, policy versions, payment confirmation, communications, supplier confirmation, service fulfilment/attendance evidence, cancellation history and refund status.
• Preserve evidence when a dispute/chargeback is opened; place the relevant records on legal/dispute hold so automated deletion does not remove them.
• Never fabricate attendance or supplier evidence. Only submit authentic records.
I. Supplier Confirmation
• Record which supplier/provider accepted the booking and when. Where confirmation is received by WhatsApp/email/manual portal, staff should attach or log the confirmation in the booking record.
• Do not allow a supplier's cancellation rules to be changed retroactively for a customer who already paid. The customer-facing version accepted at booking must remain preserved.
• Map each service/provider to a defined cancellation policy in the CMS/admin system. Do not use one generic cancellation rule for all suppliers.
J. Invoices and Customer Messages
• Generate a customer receipt/invoice or booking record with the legally required transaction/business information.
• Confirmation messages should distinguish Amount Paid, Amount Remaining (if any), Security Deposit (if separate), Booking Status and cancellation deadline.
• Customer-facing messages should use the legal entity/AllInDubai identity consistently and provide an active support route.
K. Fraud and Admin Controls
• Use role-based access and MFA for payment/refund/admin systems.
• Flag suspicious mismatches such as high-value booking plus unrelated cardholder/contact details for manual review where appropriate.
• Log material admin actions: price overrides, manual confirmation, cancellation, refund, status changes and edits to cancellation terms.
• Do not expose internal supplier net rates or commissions in customer-facing APIs, HTML, invoices or downloadable booking data unless intentionally required.
L. Pre-Launch Test Cases
• Test: instant-confirm booking; supplier-confirm booking; successful payment but supplier unavailable; declined payment; duplicate payment; partial payment; customer amendment; customer cancellation; provider cancellation; full refund; partial refund; no-show; chargeback.
• For each test, verify the correct customer message, status, accounting record, policy evidence and audit log.
• Test both Website checkout and payment-link/WhatsApp flows because both are contractual booking channels for AllInDubai.
M. Final Legal/Operational Checks
• Insert the real support email and WhatsApp/telephone details before publication.
• Confirm VAT/TRN status before finalizing VAT language.
• Confirm the exact payment processor and its refund/chargeback workflow.
• Have UAE-qualified counsel review the final production version against AllInDubai's licence activity, supplier agreements and actual booking/payment architecture.
N. Legal Framework Considered
This master draft was prepared with reference to the UAE consumer-protection and digital-commerce framework available in September 2026, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means, together with applicable UAE contract, data-protection, payment and tax requirements. It is a commercial drafting document and not a substitute for UAE-qualified legal advice.
