IMPORTANT

This master draft is designed for strong contractual protection while preserving non-excludable rights under applicable UAE law. It should be reviewed by UAE-qualified counsel before publication, particularly after payment-provider, tax, licensing and supplier workflows are finalized.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

These Terms govern all bookings, payments and concierge arrangements made through AllInDubai, including the website, payment links and authorized communication channels. Service-specific conditions shown or sent before payment form part of the contract for that booking.

1. Introduction and Contracting Party

AllInDubai is a brand operated by All In Concierge Services FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity registered in the United Arab Emirates ("AllInDubai", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://allindubai.net/ (the "Website"), our concierge and booking services, payment links, booking confirmations, and transactions arranged through our authorized WhatsApp, email, telephone or other communication channels.

By accessing the Website, submitting a booking request, authorizing or making payment, or otherwise confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any service-specific conditions disclosed before or at the time of booking. If you do not agree, do not complete the booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UAE law.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "Booking" means a confirmed reservation or service arrangement accepted by AllInDubai and, where applicable, confirmed by the relevant Service Provider.

  • "Customer" or "you" means the person making the Booking and, where relevant, all persons for whom that person makes the Booking.

  • "Service" means any accommodation, vehicle rental, chauffeur, yacht, restaurant, beach club, activity, event, wellness, childcare, medical, business, real-estate related, aviation or other concierge-related product or service arranged through AllInDubai.

  • "Service Provider" means an independent third party that physically performs, supplies, operates or controls all or part of a Service.

  • "Service-Specific Terms" means any conditions, rules, eligibility requirements, cancellation rules, deposits, waivers, venue rules or provider conditions disclosed in relation to a particular Booking.

  • "Booking Confirmation" means our written confirmation by email, Website account, WhatsApp or other authorized channel that the Booking has been accepted and confirmed.

3. Nature of AllInDubai Services

AllInDubai provides concierge, booking, arrangement and payment-management services for selected experiences and services. AllInDubai may collect the full price from the Customer and subsequently settle amounts with the relevant Service Provider.

Many Services are physically fulfilled by independent Service Providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, AllInDubai does not own, operate or directly control the vehicles, yachts, hotels, venues, activities, medical facilities, childcare businesses, aviation assets or other third-party operations used to fulfil a Booking.

The involvement of a Service Provider does not remove any obligation that applicable law places directly on AllInDubai. At the same time, operational matters that are within the provider’s control - including safety decisions, venue admission, equipment operation, check-in procedures and provider-specific rules - remain subject to the Service Provider’s requirements and applicable law.

4. Eligibility and Authority to Book

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you make a Booking for another person or a group, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them and that you will ensure they are informed of and comply with the applicable Terms and Service-Specific Terms.

Certain Services may have minimum-age rules, identification requirements, health or fitness requirements, licence requirements, security deposits, dress codes, insurance conditions or other eligibility criteria. You are responsible for confirming that every participant satisfies those requirements before payment and before using the Service.

We may decline, suspend or cancel a Booking where reasonably necessary to comply with law, licensing requirements, sanctions or fraud controls, provider eligibility requirements, payment-security requirements, or where the Booking information appears materially inaccurate or unauthorized. Any refund due in such circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the affected Booking.

5. Booking Requests, Confirmation and Availability

Submitting a Booking request, adding an item to a cart, receiving a quotation, or making a payment does not by itself guarantee availability unless the Service is expressly identified as instantly confirmed.

For Services requiring supplier confirmation, your Booking becomes confirmed only when AllInDubai issues a Booking Confirmation. Availability may change between the time of inquiry, payment and provider confirmation.

Where payment has been collected but the requested Service cannot be confirmed, AllInDubai will refund the amount collected for the unconfirmed Service to the original payment method, subject to payment-network processing times and any mandatory legal requirements. AllInDubai is not obliged to source or provide a replacement Service unless it expressly agrees to do so in writing.

A quotation or availability indication is valid only for the period stated in it. If no validity period is stated, it may be withdrawn or revised at any time before Booking Confirmation if availability, provider rates, taxes, government charges or a manifest pricing error changes.

6. Prices, VAT, Currency and Pricing Errors

Unless expressly stated otherwise before payment, prices presented to the Customer are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where VAT is legally applicable to the transaction. Any refundable security deposit, damage deposit, venue minimum spend, traffic fine, toll, excess, incidental charge or optional add-on that is not part of the advertised price will be identified separately where applicable.

AllInDubai does not impose an undisclosed surcharge merely because a Customer pays by credit or debit card. Any charge that is lawfully payable will be disclosed before payment.

We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing accuracy. If a price is clearly and materially incorrect due to a typographical, system, data-feed or human error, we may correct the error before Booking Confirmation. If payment has already been taken, we will inform you and either (i) offer you the corrected price for acceptance, or (ii) cancel the affected Booking and refund the amount paid for that Booking. We will not unilaterally charge the corrected higher amount without your authorization.

7. Payments and Payment Authorization

Payments may be processed through the Website, an authorized AllInDubai payment link or another payment method expressly approved by AllInDubai. You authorize AllInDubai and its payment service providers to process the amount displayed or otherwise confirmed to you for the Booking.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may require identity, billing or anti-fraud verification before confirming a high-value or unusual transaction. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in the Booking being withheld or cancelled.

Payment-network or bank processing times are outside AllInDubai’s direct control. A payment is not treated as finally settled until the payment provider confirms successful processing. Reversed, declined, disputed or fraudulent payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the Booking, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Invoices and Booking Records

AllInDubai will provide or make available an electronic invoice, receipt or booking record containing the information required by applicable law. You are responsible for checking the Booking Confirmation immediately and notifying us promptly of any material discrepancy.

Electronic records, payment confirmations, Website logs and communications exchanged through authorized channels may be retained as evidence of the Booking and the terms accepted, subject to applicable data-protection law.

9. Service-Specific Terms and Provider Conditions

Each Service may be subject to Service-Specific Terms. These may include cancellation deadlines, non-refundable periods, rescheduling restrictions, security deposits, identification requirements, age limits, driving-licence requirements, damage responsibility, insurance excesses, weather rules, venue admission rules, dress codes, minimum spends or other operational conditions.

Service-Specific Terms disclosed before payment form part of the Booking. In relation to the operational feature they address, they prevail over a general provision in these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You must review all Service-Specific Terms before payment. If you book for other participants, you are responsible for communicating those terms to them.

10. Customer Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment and refund rights are determined by the Service-Specific Terms disclosed for the relevant Booking and by any non-excludable rights under applicable UAE law. Different Services and Service Providers may apply different deadlines and charges.

A cancellation or amendment request is effective only when received by AllInDubai through an authorized support channel and acknowledged by us. Merely contacting the Service Provider does not necessarily cancel a Booking made and paid through AllInDubai unless AllInDubai confirms the cancellation.

Where a Booking becomes wholly or partly non-refundable under the applicable Service-Specific Terms, AllInDubai may retain or pass through the applicable cancellation charge to the extent permitted by law and to the extent disclosed before payment.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. The time at which funds appear in your account depends on banks, card schemes and payment processors and may be outside our direct control.

No provision in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory right to a refund, return, exchange or other remedy where such right applies under UAE law, including where a Service is materially defective, materially contrary to its description or conditions, or delayed to such an extent that it cannot reasonably be used, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

11. No-Shows, Late Arrival and Unused Services

If you fail to attend, arrive after a provider’s permitted grace period, fail to present required identification, licence, payment card or deposit, or otherwise cannot use the Service due to a matter within your control, the Booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable under the applicable Service-Specific Terms.

Unused portions of a Service are not automatically refundable. Any refund or rescheduling entitlement will depend on the applicable Service-Specific Terms and mandatory law.

12. Provider Cancellation, Operational Changes and Substitutions

A Service Provider may occasionally cancel or materially change a Service for safety, operational, regulatory, weather, availability or other legitimate reasons. AllInDubai will communicate material changes that are notified to us and will administer any refund or remedy due under the applicable Booking terms and mandatory law.

If a Service is cancelled before performance and cannot lawfully be retained as non-refundable, the amount paid for the cancelled Service will be refunded as required by law and the Booking terms. AllInDubai is not obligated to provide an alternative supplier, replacement experience, upgraded service or substitute booking unless we expressly agree to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllInDubai is not responsible for independent consequential costs voluntarily incurred by the Customer - such as separate flights, accommodation, clothing, gifts or third-party reservations - solely because a particular Service is cancelled, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

AllInDubai and Service Providers may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, unsafe sea or road conditions, natural events, government orders, security incidents, public-health restrictions, strikes, infrastructure failures, venue closures, airspace restrictions or similar events ("Force Majeure Event").

Where a Force Majeure Event affects a Booking, performance may be delayed, suspended, rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the Service-Specific Terms and applicable law. Any right to refund, credit or rescheduling will be determined by those terms and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this section permits retention of money where applicable law requires a refund.

14. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for:

  • providing complete, accurate and current names, contact information, dates, ages, identification and other details reasonably required for the Booking;

  • checking passports, visas, entry permissions, driving licences, insurance, health requirements and other personal eligibility matters applicable to you;

  • arriving on time and following lawful safety instructions and venue/provider rules;

  • behaving lawfully and respectfully and not endangering staff, providers, other guests, property or equipment;

  • paying any disclosed deposit, fine, damage charge, excess, toll, incidental or other amount that arises from your use of a Service and is validly payable under the Booking terms; and

  • promptly notifying AllInDubai of any issue that could materially affect the Service so that a reasonable opportunity to assist can be provided.

We or the Service Provider may refuse continued participation where a Customer is intoxicated, abusive, violent, unsafe, materially breaches provider rules, or creates a serious risk to persons, property or regulatory compliance. Refund entitlement in such circumstances will be determined by the applicable Booking terms and law.

15. High-Risk, Outdoor and Recreational Activities

Certain experiences involve inherent risks, including water activities, boating, desert activities, motorsport-related experiences, aviation, extreme sports, animal encounters or similar activities. Participation may require a provider waiver, medical declaration or safety briefing.

You must make your own reasonable assessment of suitability and disclose relevant information requested by the licensed Service Provider. Safety instructions and operational decisions of the provider, captain, pilot, instructor or other responsible professional must be followed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including where caused by fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable fault.

16. Vehicle Rentals and Chauffeur Services

Vehicle Services may be subject to minimum-age rules, approved driving licences, deposits, mileage limits, fuel rules, insurance excesses, Salik/toll charges, parking charges, traffic fines, impoundment costs, damage assessments and geographic-use restrictions imposed by the vehicle provider or law.

The named driver is responsible for complying with UAE traffic laws and provider requirements. Validly assessed fines, tolls, damage costs, insurance excesses or other provider charges arising from the Customer’s use may remain payable after the rental period if permitted under the applicable Booking terms and law.

Chauffeur timing may be affected by traffic, road closures and access restrictions. Estimated journey times are not guaranteed.

17. Yachts, Marine Services and Weather

Yacht and marine Services are subject to maritime rules, passenger capacity, identification requirements, Coast Guard or other authority requirements, weather and sea conditions, and the captain’s safety judgment. The captain or licensed operator may alter a route, delay departure or terminate unsafe activity where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Refunds or rescheduling arising from weather or marine restrictions will follow the applicable yacht provider’s disclosed conditions and mandatory law.

18. Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightlife and Events

Venue reservations may be subject to minimum spends, deposits, age restrictions, dress codes, identification checks, arrival windows, table-hold times, guest-list rules and venue policies. Admission remains subject to lawful venue and regulatory requirements.

A confirmed table or reservation does not authorize conduct that violates venue rules or UAE law. Where entry is refused because a Customer fails to meet a clearly disclosed requirement, refund rights will be determined by the applicable Service-Specific Terms and law.

19. Hotels, Apartments and Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to property rules, check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, occupancy limits, security deposits, damage rules, tourism fees or other lawful charges disclosed for the Booking. Images may be illustrative of a room or property category unless a specific unit is expressly confirmed.

Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, views, bedding, upgrades or adjacent rooms are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

20. Childcare, Family and Babysitting Services

Where childcare or babysitting is arranged through an independent Service Provider, the provider is responsible for staffing, screening, supervision and delivery of the childcare Service in accordance with its licensing and legal obligations. AllInDubai does not become the employer of an independent caregiver merely because it arranges and collects payment for the Service.

Parents or guardians must provide accurate information regarding the child, emergency contacts, allergies, medical considerations, routines and any relevant safety information requested by the provider. Emergency medical decisions remain subject to applicable law and provider procedures.

21. Medical, Wellness and Health-Related Services

AllInDubai is not a medical clinic and does not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment. Any medical or health-related Service is delivered by the relevant licensed healthcare professional or healthcare provider, which is responsible for clinical decisions, consent, treatment and medical records in accordance with applicable law.

Information on the Website is not medical advice. In a medical emergency, Customers should contact the UAE emergency services or the appropriate emergency healthcare provider without waiting for AllInDubai concierge assistance.

22. Business, Real Estate and Other Professional Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, information or introductions relating to business setup, banking, real estate, residency, visas or similar professional matters are concierge or referral services and are not legal, tax, investment, financial or immigration advice from AllInDubai.

Customers should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Government, bank, developer, landlord, immigration and regulatory decisions are made by the relevant third parties or authorities and cannot be guaranteed by AllInDubai.

23. Website Content, Images and Descriptions

We aim to keep descriptions, images, availability and other information reasonably accurate. Some content is supplied by Service Providers and may change. Images may be representative, and minor variations that do not materially alter the purchased Service do not necessarily constitute a breach.

We may correct non-material errors, update content and remove unavailable Services without notice. Material changes to a confirmed Booking will be handled under the applicable Booking terms and law.

24. Reviews, Customer Content and Communications

If you submit a review, image, video, testimonial or other content to AllInDubai, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate to your honest experience and does not infringe third-party rights. You grant AllInDubai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting AllInDubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by law.

Transactional communications relating to a Booking may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone using the contact details you provide. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements and our Privacy Policy.

25. Fraud, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you should contact AllInDubai promptly so that we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback does not itself cancel a Booking or extinguish a valid payment obligation.

Where a payment dispute, chargeback or fraud claim is materially false, abusive or inconsistent with a Service actually supplied as agreed, AllInDubai may provide booking records, acceptance logs, communications and service evidence to the payment provider and may seek recovery of validly outstanding sums and reasonable costs where permitted by law. This clause does not restrict a Customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.

26. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The AllInDubai name, Website design, text, graphics, logos, curated collections, software elements and original content are owned by or licensed to AllInDubai and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website only for personal, lawful booking and information purposes.

You must not scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass security of, or commercially exploit the Website or its content without written permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

27. Third-Party Links and External Platforms

The Website may contain links or integrations relating to maps, social networks, payment processors or third-party websites. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AllInDubai is not responsible for the independent content or security of third-party platforms, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllInDubai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of profit or costs of independent arrangements, arising from a Booking or Website use where such loss was not directly caused by AllInDubai or was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, where AllInDubai is legally liable for a claim arising from a particular Booking, AllInDubai’s aggregate contractual liability for that Booking will not exceed the amount actually paid to AllInDubai for the affected Service. This cap does not apply where the law prohibits such limitation, including any liability that cannot be excluded or capped by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable UAE law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory consumer rights.

29. Customer Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AllInDubai against third-party claims, losses, fines, penalties or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful conduct, fraud, deliberate misuse of a Service, material breach of these Terms, or damage caused by you or a member of your party. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results from AllInDubai’s own breach, negligence or other non-excludable responsibility.

30. Complaints and Resolution Procedure

Customers should submit complaints as soon as reasonably possible through the customer-support channels displayed on the Website or in the Booking Confirmation. Please include the Booking reference, a clear description of the issue, and supporting evidence where available.

AllInDubai will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge, investigate and respond to complaints and, where relevant, liaise with the Service Provider. Nothing in this process prevents a Customer from exercising rights available through a competent UAE consumer-protection authority, dispute-resolution body or court.

31. Suspension and Termination of Access

We may suspend or restrict Website access, account functions or future bookings where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful conduct, repeated abusive behavior, material breach of these Terms or regulatory compliance. Existing confirmed Bookings will be handled in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, services, technology or business operations. The version applicable to a Booking is the version made available to the Customer when the Booking is made, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed by the parties.

Material changes will not be applied retroactively to deprive a Customer of accrued mandatory rights.

33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ajman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional rule that applies to a particular Customer or transaction.

Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer-jurisdiction rule, the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or a Booking.

34. General Provisions

34.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Booking Confirmation, applicable Service-Specific Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy constitute the agreement relating to the Booking and supersede prior discussions concerning the same subject matter, except for fraud or an express written variation.

34.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34.3 No Waiver

A failure or delay by AllInDubai to enforce a right does not waive that right.

34.4 Assignment

You may not assign a Booking or contractual right where the Service is personal or provider approval is required. AllInDubai may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, sale or transfer of business, provided this does not reduce mandatory Customer rights.

34.5 Language

These Terms may be made available in English, Arabic and other languages for convenience and legal compliance. Where applicable law or a competent authority requires an Arabic version to prevail, that requirement will apply. No translation is intended to reduce a Customer’s mandatory rights.

INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION APPENDIX

Not for publication on the customer-facing Terms page

A. Controls that should exist before launch

  • Checkout must show an unticked acceptance checkbox linking to the Terms & Conditions and the applicable cancellation terms before the customer completes payment.

  • The system should store the Terms version/date accepted, booking ID, timestamp, customer identifier and the service-specific cancellation policy shown at checkout.

  • Every service should have a clearly defined supplier cancellation policy mapped to the customer-facing booking flow. Do not rely only on terms hidden in a supplier contract.

  • For supplier-confirmation bookings, the checkout and confirmation message should clearly state “Subject to final supplier confirmation” until confirmed.

  • If payment is collected before supplier confirmation and the supplier rejects availability, trigger a refund to the original payment method and retain the audit trail.

  • Publish company licence details, physical address, Website address and current complaint/contact channels in an easily accessible location.

  • Issue or make available an electronic invoice/receipt containing the legally required business and transaction particulars.

  • Do not add a hidden card-payment surcharge. Any lawful mandatory charge must be disclosed before payment.

  • Keep transactional and marketing consent separate. Do not make marketing consent a condition of booking unless lawful and necessary.

  • Use a UAE-compliant Privacy Policy and cookie/analytics configuration before activating remarketing pixels or extensive tracking.

  • Have the final English master professionally translated/reviewed in Arabic for publication where required, rather than relying on machine translation.

  • Have UAE-qualified counsel review the final terms against the exact licence activities, payment-provider agreement, VAT registration status and each high-risk service category before launch.

B. Legal framework considered in drafting

This draft was prepared with reference to the following UAE legal framework as available in September 2026:

  • Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

  • Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 concerning the Executive Regulation of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

  • Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means.

  • Other applicable UAE laws and regulations governing contracts, data protection, payments, licensing, taxation and the underlying regulated service.

This is a commercial drafting document and not a substitute for advice from UAE-qualified legal counsel on AllInDubai’s specific licensing, tax, regulatory and operational circumstances.
